Mission Statement
This website contains new stories publicizing some of many case victories for active and former service-members. The website includes actual client testimonials quoted from published news stories on their cases that appeared in the various Military Times news papers. The website next contains published law articles, such as from the Army Lawyer, Naval Law Review, periodicals by the Judge Advocates Association, and various state bar magazines. That site page includes published opinion-editorials on military law subjects of current interest. Finally, the site provides law firm contact information.
Since 1980 I have served as a soldier, troop commander, as staff assistants to a Congressmen on the Armed Services Committee, and the Senate Select Committee for Intelligence, and to a Presidential Advisor on Arms Control. Then for the past 20 years, I have been a military attorney with a military law practice before the military and federal courts, and agency appeal boards of all the services such as their boards for correction of military records and discharge upgrades.
But having seen the big picture, the true measure of the United States military is its respect of the individual - yet justice often comes up short to those who have fallen between the cracks.
